By downloading, installing, or using the CadetCoach mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

CadetCoach provides practice questions, diagnostic tests, and study tools to help aspiring police officers prepare for entrance exams. Our content is original and designed for study purposes only. We do not guarantee exam results, hiring outcomes, academy admission, certification, or employment.

No Official Affiliation

CadetCoach is not affiliated with any police department, police academy, law enforcement agency, POST board, testing provider, or government entity. We are an independent study aid providing original practice content. Our materials are not sourced from actual exam questions and do not represent official exam content.

Educational Disclaimer

CadetCoach is a study aid and practice tool. Use of the App:

• Does not guarantee you will pass any exam
• Does not guarantee hiring, academy admission, or certification
• Does not replace official study materials or academy training
• Does not predict your actual exam performance

Results and scores within the App are for practice purposes only and do not reflect official exam scoring.

User Conduct

You agree to use CadetCoach for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit the practice content
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App's content
• Use automated tools to extract or scrape content from the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through in-app subscription managed by Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies. Each subscription is for individual use only.

Intellectual Property

All content in CadetCoach, including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, test simulations, and UI design, is owned by CadetCoach and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal study purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CadetCoach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CadetCoach and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to exam results, hiring outcomes, or career consequences.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing content, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CadetCoach operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
